So, more News-y stuff... why, cause I'm watching it... again... sweatdrop I have no life... nor does my roomie.
1)The Plane Boss, the Plane!!: eek Holy crap there's a 707 air bus in the Hudson!!! ... Man, all those Mob bosses are probably going crying we are so busted! Seriouly... all those 'serious' jokes about the Hudson being the Mob's unofficial graveyard are probably making somebody nervous in any number of the crime families.
2) Taxes: If you're old enough to have to worry about them, I highly recommend getting them done... like yesterday! Just think, the sooner you turn them in, the sooner you get the refund whee .
Okay, end of the News-y stuff; it bores me now...
3) Horror movies: The Unborn *que creepy music* I'll admit sweatdrop it kinda creeped me out. It's not scary... it just sticks with you. Me and a work friend went and saw it recently (two days ago...) and he always gets this 'err' look around mirrors now. If you've ever seen someone 'err' then you know what I'm talking about; if you haven't... get out more. Plus, it's like a Jewish version of the Exorcist... if you wanna look at it like that...
Then there's My Bloody Valentine... in 3D. Dude, and dudettes, can I, dare I say how enthused I am for this flick. stare It's a blooming remake for pete's sake and the original was horrible even back then! Grrr... stressed And the whole 'it's a perfect date movie cause it has sex (violence, etc.) in it' tag line is so gonna kill it in theatres - why, you may ask? Because only pre-puberty BOYS are going to see this movie just to see some bloody boobs (no pun intended... rofl ), and dear Mommy ain't going to want to sit through that.

rolleyes So... drum roll, first journal entry, feel free to ignore because I know I will here shortly.
Like I had already mentioned - this is a free for all, including random comments on things I'm currently seeing/ checking out/ happen to glance at, etc. So, getting the ball rolling:
1) Politics/ News : (Touchy subject I know, but my roomies channel surfing - feel free to skip over if you don't like it...)
a. Anyone missing Alan Colmes? And I mean, ANYONE. 'Cause you know he probably went eek at the 2.9 million viewers who tuned in for Sean Hannity's new solo show. So, if ya miss him, drop me a line. I need some proof that he was ever... enjoyed.
b. Obama... stare Getting sick and tired of him, and he hasn't even been given the keys to the big ole' White House. Can you believe he had the audacity to ask Bush if he could MOVE-IN before the inaguaration? Ugh, before I just thought the guy was a moron... now, I'm thinking he's a conceited, arrogant moron who has absolutely no frickin' idea what he's doing...
c. Obama cont. Everyone likes to compare him to JFK, and he fancies himself as a 'darker' Abraham Lincoln. Question to all the history buffs in the world: What do both JFK and Abe Lincoln have in common? Answer (for those historically challenged... or for those who haven't gotten through US History yet) : They both got their heads blown off. Would YOU, want ot be compared to a guy who got killed? ... stare His PR person needs to do some re-thinking, me thinking...
d. For the record: Don't think I'm hating on the guy- seriously. Cause if I wanted to... I could. Easily. But, I'm one of those people who can wait patiently to see if he'll actually DO some good, not just talk it, or if he'll fail horribly. I did the same thing for Bush, if it helps. ^^
2. Weather:
a) Sympathy if you've looked outside and realized the giant ice block in your front lawn is your CAR... or better yet, if you went outside to get the mail in your PJs, talked to the neighbor for a minutes (or two) and come back inside and realize your hand is now a smaller twin of said giant ice block. All I can say is... Where I'm at whee it's 74 degrees F and the birds aren't frozen turkeys! blaugh I'm sorry - couldn't help it...
3. Roomies (or roommates if you prefer):
a. Mine... is being... odd. She's taken a sudden interest in the News (hence why I haven't really said anything about anything). I'm thinking she's becoming an eek adult. Either that or she's waiting to see if the police have found the burial spot of her ex-boyfriend so she can skivvy out of town lol Hmm... A new topic is coming on...
4. Ex's:
a. Weird guy my roomies ex. He was nice, sure. But he only seemed to talk about two, count 'em TWO, things. Politics and football. I think my roomie was expecting the football thing (even though she hates it more than her mother) but my observation is/ was that she was surprised to find out his passion for the 'Bull Pen'. Grant it, he's also military so it's kind of... almost... understandable... but this guy was like (in my opinion) 'agree with me and I'll keep hanging out, if you disagree I'll rip you a new one'.
b. My ex's on the other hand always seem to get caught with their pants down... with another girl ( twisted ) after I've said 'No'. Enough said...

Okay, so... I'm kind of bored now, so I'll shut up. Feel free to comment if you'd like... just no flaming - if I wanted it I'd go outside and warm up my BBQ. Constructive critism on the other hand is appreciated... and if you don't know the difference, please... ask your Mommy before you hit the post button. Cause then I'll get mad. And then I'll quote you... and blast you whee
