You sat back, blinking boredly at the roof. Reason for boredom? You didn't know, you were just bored , but too lazy to actually decide to something. Of course you wouldn't be so bored if he had been there, but nooo, he had to go on a stupid delivery run. Seeing as he conveniently forgot to mention how long it would take, and he didn't seem to be answering his stupid phone anytime soon, you had to wait. So wait you did. Of course, I never said the waiting would be fun. You could help Tifa at the bar, but you insisted that you had other things to do. Which was, well, wait til Cloud got home. You, being stubborn, decided that you would lock yourself in you room, doing work. Like paper work. Paying the bills, and you were bored out of your mind. Sure, you act childish, but only when you can. Most of the time you're either happy and cheerful, or serious and calm. You were childish right now because Cloud wasn't here to bug, and you were in your room, so, Childness galore! You sighed, muttering someting about not being good at math, and went back to your work. You started humming a strange song that for some reason you came up with it at that very moment and were making it up as you went along. Just because you could. Everything you do is because you can. Nothing to it really. If you knew you could possibly get away with it, then you did it. If the consequences were too much, more than you knew would either not hurt or not cause anyone grief, then you, well, didn't do it. Your pen went to work, doing whatever was demanded on that piece of paper that you frowned upon. Midgar was torn apart and you still have to pay for crap? Not cool. "We need money too, bastards." You muttered under your breath. "Are you talking to yourself again, (y/n)?" Yuffie asked brightly, popping suddenly into your room even though you sure lock the door behind you. Glowering half-heartedly at her, and set down your pen. "Of course not. I'm talking to the little people who won't leave me alone." You say, clasping your hands together, "But the little people are good company for being imps."
