Continuation of Princes Bio: "SEARCH FOR SURVIVORS!" A voice roared. "OUR OTHER ALLIANCED VILLAGE HAS FALLEN! SOILDER! YOU MUST FIND OUT WHAT CAUSED THIS AT ONCE!" The emporer of the other portion of the land was nearly screaming. He was frantic, and shocked at the same time. He could not believe that his brothers village had fallen. Whoever who had caused this mess would pay. His fingers clutched the edge of his golden throne so hard that his knuckles turned white. "HURRY SOLDIERS! GO NOW!" He shouted yet again. The soldir, in full armor, nodded. "You heard what the emperor said!" He motioned with his hand to move his right hand man. His right hand man nodded, and went over to get the other soldiers and tell them to get going. The right hand man left, and the soldier bowed deeply then turned to leave. "Renth..." The Emperor said gruffly. "Yes m'lord." Renth said glancing over his shoulder. "Watch out for the Yaris gang. They are powerful." "I certainly will m'lord." Renth said as he walked out of the emperors room. When he reached his horse, he mounted it and took off into the night. He could see the red light of flames that had engulfed the other village. "Pity." He mumbled. "Probably no one alive." He said again as he nicked his horse's flanks to make the horse sprint faster.
The army of soldiers reached the village. The stench of blood and burnt bodies fouled the air, some new to the team soldiers had to take their helms off and go through up in a bush because they were not used to the horrible smell. Renth dismounted his horse, and shook his head. Most likely everyone was dead.
"CHECK FOR SURVIVORS!" He yelled out. "MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERY BODIES PULSE THAT YOU THINK IS ALIVE!" The other soldiers immediatly sped off with their horses, and rode around the burning village to check for survivors. "Who would do this?" Renth whispered to himself. "Probably the stupid Yarins, yet how could they get into the village? It was highly gaurded." Renth did not have time for computing and trying to find answers. Right now he had to see if their was anyone alive. He strode foward down the path, which by now was filled by debris and dead bodies. What a hassle. He thought in his mind. Checking all the bodies pulses. He shrugged, and began to take the pulses of any body he came across. Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead Dead...? He came across the body of a thin kid, the back of the kids shirt was ripped and torn. A small pool of blood had formed beneath the kids body. Renth's hand, who was touching the kid to see if he had a pulse, gasped in surprise when he saw a black feathered wing protruding from the kid's back. He crouched down to the body, and his mouth fell open when he saw that the kid had black wolf ears and a bushy black wolf tail. This kid was alive...yet...Renth stood up and stumbled back. This was no kid...it was...it was some kind of monster! Ears! Wing! Tail! Was he seeing things? Renth closed his eyes and reopened them. No. The kid was still there. Renth cautiously stepped foward, his eyes widening with what he saw. He kid had his hand place on top of a dead girls hair, as if the kid was trying to comb the girls hair or something. What a weird kid. Renth made no move to pick up the kid. He had no intention too. This kid was different, and would probably turn out to be some kind of cursed demon that would kill his own village too if he brought him back. Renth frowned as he continued to stare at the kid. Yet what if the kid was good? The kid was wounded, and would die if he did not save the kid. If the kid was wounded, that would probably mean that the Yarins targeted him and left him their without making sure he was dead. Maybe, since the kid was wounded, meant that he had nothing to do with the Yarins. Maybe he tried saving the girls life but did not succeed. It was a 50 50 chance. The kid could of been an evil monster who had gone insane, and killed everyone. Yet the kid was just...a kid. Renth let out a harsh sigh. He couldn't believe what he was getting himself into. "Ah well..." He mumbled aloud. "If this little bugger brings harm to the village I'll make up for it somehow." He reached down and lifted up the kid in his arms and carried him back to his horse. The kid was quite tall, taller for most kids in that age. When Renth came back to his horse, he saw all his other men. "We could not find any survivors." The soldier said. "Oh. Well. I found one." He said, while placing the kid on his horse, then mounted himself on. The soldiers were all taken aback. "He has ears! A tail! A DEMON!" Harsh whispers spread throughout Renth's soldiers. "Who cares. The emperor wanted any survivors to be brought back to the village. I am merely doing the emperors bidding." "But what if the demon brings a curse to the village?" One of the soldiers cried out. "Well, then thats the emperors problem." Renth replied as he nicked his horses flanks. The horse sprinted off, leaving all his soldiers behing. The soldiers followerd soon after. Little did Renth know, Renth had picked up Prince who was a demon that would change his life forever.
