My Fair Isis Part 2 2009 Part 2 – My Future Self Back at Costas’s apartment Isis sat on the sofa Izi to her left and Costas on the sofa across from them, he was in the middle of explaining for the second time that he had the power to see into the future he called it Foresight this is how he was able to save Isis’s life a long with many others himself being one of them but the vision he had, had with Isis was different Costas looked at Izi “it was you who sent that vision wasn’t it?” Isis looked at her wait what?, “yeah it was probably me” she looked at Isis who shook her head it hadn’t been her “we wouldn’t be sitting here if you did have that vision” Izi told him smile going to the corner of her lips Isis was beginning to wonder what she was trying to hid for her she put a hand on Izi from the corner of her eye she could tell Costas wanted to asked them something but Izi tuned in first before he could she sighed “your wondering why we look so a like right?” he nodded was she blushing Isis blushed herself, “yes I was” Izi let go of Isis’s left hand Isis goes to protest as Izi goes to remove the glove she wore on her left hand “it’s ok we can trust him” Izi tells her as she removes the glove holding out her hand so he could see a scare that went down her palm from her little finger to her thumb “you see this scare I got when I climbed the big tree that was in our backyard when I was 6” Izi tells him “there was a lot of blood it had to have stitches not to mention it hurt like hell” Isis added Costas looked at her “it was then that we realized something” Izi says Isis raises her left hand it had the same scare as Izi did “that we are the same person” both of them said together. “It’s called Time Multiply/Divide” I can spilt myself in two, one of me stays in the time she is in while the part that has been split goes back through time to the point I want to go” Izi tells Costas “but this takes a lot out of both of us when we share the same time Stream or you could call it in the same time Isis is the one to take the weight of it she’ll be tired all the time when I’m around I am the strong of us so till the we rejoin again I protect Isis from anything that wants to harm her” Izi says Costas sits there stunned “ so Izi is your future self?” Costas asks “ yes you could call her that we don’t normally split much anymore only went something big had or is going to happen” Isis tells him he seemed to think over what he was about to ask next “you want to know why I didn’t save Isis myself?” Izi says Costas nodded “I was already split so I could not stop it myself there wasn’t much time for me to rest I was trying to change something prevent to actually and I knew you would save Isis for me” Izi tells him a huge smile on her face but it fell “and because you save my life for a second time….” She stopped in the middle of what she was saying “what are you trying to stop?” Costas asked her Izi shook her head “she won’t tell not even me” Isis says she looked like she wanted to know as much at he did “oh I get it you don’t want to change the past to much because the future you return to may not be the same one you left” Costas says both girls smile at him he had it right on “by the way Isis there’s a bag in the bedroom with some clothes” Izi says as she got up Costas will show you were it is Izi got up “where are you going?” “The bathroom” Izi called over her shoulder. Izi stood in front of the mirror splashing cold water on her face her body flicked out of focus like one of those old black and white TV’s before it went back to normal she gave a sigh she was running out of time it was already the 29 it was getting closer to the time she had come to change she left the room she could hear Costas on the phone to someone “so we meet in Boston, yes Abby we can make it there by late after midnight early morning jeez I know I will” he tells her closing the phone putting it in his pocket, he turned to see Izi frozen in the doorway “are you ok?” he asks “what I’m fine why do you ask?” he raised a eyebrow “you sure your trembling all over” she looks down and sure enough she was stupid body “this it’s nothing it’s just… her right arm flickered out not now she thought she put out her other arm to silent Costas before he could say anything Isis was in the kitchen “you got to be kidding me” he tells her pointing at her legs that were flicking in and out as well Izi sighed her time was up for today anyway “Cos there is nothing to worry about” she tells him turning to towards the kitchen “I’ll be back soon ok” she yelled to Isis “sure have a nice nap” Isis called back Izi turned back to Costas “you take good care of her while I gone you hear me” she tells him disappearing. “What the?” Costas says looking around “she’ll be back just let her rest” Isis tells him as she walks into the room drying her hands “she’s tired which is kind of strange she’s probably been going back and forth to much anyway who were you talking to on they phone before?” Isis asks him “I was arranging a safe place for us to stay for a while, it’s not going to be safe here by now they are starting to catch up Abigail’s place would be the safest place I know especially since she’d be there” Costas tells her he went into the bedroom grabbing two back packs this ones yours right he pointed at the denim one she nodded blushing as she thought of what was in there he tossed his other one of his shoulders before he saw her face “come on I didn’t go looking inside come on Isis we don’t have time for this we have to go now if we want to make it to Abby’s before morning” Costas goes out the door Isis following him behind they went around the corner and down the staircase that led to the ground floor parked near the wall was huge black motorbike Costas pulled out his keys from his jacket “that’s yours?” Isis asked he nodded “no car?” he shook his head “this way is faster” he tells her she groaned “here he handed her a helmet as he got on Isis got on behind him “hey isn’t this yours?” she asked he shrugged “you need it more then I do” “hey!” they were off.
