Alright, so its 4 in the morning and I'm starting to feel a little emo.
So its time for my definitions on my two LEAST favourite words!
Love:
The opposite is hate. Love is a four letter lie that can never exist. I know what you're about to say if you know me: "Oh, Joey, but I thought you loved Marigold. Yadda yadda yadda." My definitions of my feelings is in basic terms FEELING.She makes me feel. That's what I find in her that I can't find in any other girl (Well... Besides an amazing personality, super smarts, understanding of my dorkiness, and the fact that I can tolerate the idea of spending forever with her. <3)
But you want to know something...?
When the end comes around. When everything is said and done. Love is dead. Those who said they loved you are gone. Leaving you in the dust and not looking back. Only out to protect themselves.
I don't blame them.
That is human nature, We live to survive and survive to live. Love is not a basic human function. It is a deeper set of core settings in the computer that is the mind. If you're a Windows user and you tried using Linux without any type of clue as to how to use a CLI, you would understand what I mean. Love is Linux.
But you know....
In the end, those that loved you left you... But those that hate you keep on hating, now don't they? This proves my point that love is weaker than hate. Love can be strained and tensed, eventually breaking and even then LEADING INTO hate. At the core, just as light eventually meets darkness, love meets hate and becomes consumed. Hate is never taxed, can never be destroyed because it is the alpha and the omega. Hate can turn to love, but just as I said before, It will eventually be strained and turned to hate.
(And my relationship is immune to this because we haven't established a word for our feelings, so HA!" x3)
That settles my feelings on love, so now, if you still believe that there is hope (Ooh, good topic!) in the universe, then read onwards into my views on optimism (Probably going to be shorter, at this point I'm falling on my face.)
Optimism:
Opposite is pessimism. So, you walked into school so excited and happy about the project you turned in. It's worth 1/3 of your grade and you're really proud of your work.
You got a D because you used the wrong font.
YOU WERE BEING OPTIMISTIC. I find it best to always hope for the best. But expect to end up with the absolute worst. That way if its the absolute worst, you aren't surprised, if it is the absolute best, you're pleasantly surprised, and if its something in the middle, hey, its better than the worst, right? So be pessimistic, its far better for your mental health.
See? I told you it'd be shorter. xP
Well, now it's 4:30 and I'm still feeling EMOOOOOO. I don't know what else to do-- Ohh!!! I said hope earlier-- Nah... Its the same thing as optimism... Happiness and depression? Fear and courage? Pain and numbness (Emotional)? SCREW IT! You won't keep reading if I make this any longer. So I'm turning in. Goodnight people of the... America. We're the only ones sleeping... Stupid lazy Americans.
