I lied, it is not a banoffee pie. It is chocolate and banana instead. I was going to make truffles with the left over cream with nell and tilly, but then......I couldn't be bothered to shape them into balls, melt more chocolate, cover them etc. It'd too much of a faff. So instead, I went to sainsbury's with nell and we bought some digestives. Then at home, we made a base with MAPLE SYRUP :D So it tastes really nice.
