Hair: Messy/frizzy red hair to his shoulders
Body type: 6'4'', lean, bipedal, digitigrade, short tan fur, with a broad, short muzzle with no discernible nose. He has three large white claws on each hand, and his tail ends in a blade. His ears are long and curved slightly upward, and they stick out from the sides of his head almost like horns. His legs are long and bird-like, and he has rows of sharp, jagged teeth in his mouth.
Short personality: Arrogant, a snoop, an a*****e.
Distinguishing features: his form in general, his glasses, the bands around his body.
Outfits: he has several black leather bands crossed over several parts of his body, each band inscribed with something like a serial number, and a pair of glasses with cracked lenses (a reminder of who he was before).

DETAILED PERSONALITY
The definition of arrogant. Holds the belief that he can do no wrong, and loves making it known-- "Anything you can do, I can do better."
Loves snooping around in other peoples' personal lives and keeping tabs on his employees (even going so far as to steal their phones or break into their offices when they are away to go through their voice messages/texts/e-mail/personal computer folders)-- and he believes that it is his right to know as a (more important) coworker, and that he is not in the wrong for getting the info on his own when it is not readily given to him.
An a*****e. Will do whatever it takes to show up someone, and is especially ruthless towards people who (willingly or otherwise) try to upstage him.
12TH'S PAST
12th used to be a rather arrogant scientist who worked in the higher departments of Minerva. He always made an effort to outdo his coworkers and make them feel unimportant, and the heads of the company favoured him over the rest, giving him special privileges in secret and letting him slide during punishments of his department.
His coworkers eventually got fed up and decided to get a bit of revenge. They ganged up on him, knocked him out, and tied him up in an unused storage warehouse owned by, but located several miles away from, the facility. They planned to keep him there and threaten him for just a small amount of time, but his arrogance shone through even during this situation, and when he called one of his coworkers out on a matter of his personal life (at the same time proving he had been snooping through personal information and the like), the coworker snapped and punched him.
From then on out, it was decided that nothing but actual force was going to do, and so the man was subjected to all kinds of torment, either by physical violence or testing-phase serums. All the while, his coworkers forged notes of absence in his name. For months this continued, until finally he was discovered by somebody not in on the revenge plot. At that point his body was so completely messed up that not even DNA testing could tell who he was-- it was only after he was taken back and modified further to be a little less pitiful looking did he explain his situation.
Instead of receiving sympathy from the people who he thought favoured him most, however, he was simply subjected to more tests, this time official, until they had made him into their 'dog,' calling him out to fetch escapee patients and ensure they don't leave the facility.
