It felt good to run again. It came back so naturally it was like i never was injured. granted i'm not able to sprint but hey, it's a start to jog/run. It's funny. i spent years being worried about what it would be like being to run, and now that's it's happened. hell i'm not injuring me knee to that extent agian. ****** not running for nearly five weeks sucked.
