Okay, Slightly annoyed Fan-Girl time. (Yes, I have a 'fan-girl mode... Shaddup.) I really love this game, but all my daydreams of it have me encountering some....problems. Or, thoughts about the game that simply *are* problems.
Fusion Fall...
Scene One:
"....Everytime I pass by here, and glimpse out the window, you're there, just...sitting. Don't you have errands to run?" Rose huffs. "Thank you, for pointing that out, I hadn't noticed." Dexter glares at her. "Is there any particular 'reason' you are camped in front of the nanocom station?" "Yes, yes there is. If *someone* would listen better, maybe he'd know. You know that funny biomagnetic field us human-types have? Well, some people have stronger fields than others. Such people have found out that they lack the ability to wear a watch, for the battery quickly dies. Such as your super nanocom battery, succumming to your precious science. Such people would know, like me." Rose retorts bitterly. Dexter blinks. "So, you sit here for when your nanocom battery dies? ...In a stupid way, that makes sense, I suppose." "Merci un peu. At least I get to sit out here in the sun and have nice healthy skin, regardless of the paleness." Rose sighs, stretching. Dexter sighs, walking back inside. Rose laughs, hearing his mutterings. "I knew I should have found better help."
Scene Two:
Rose blinks, staring rather stupidly after Numbuh Five and Ben. "Uh, guys? I don't know what you've heard about me, but uh....I'm a pacifist." She yells, looking both at the advancing fusion spawns, and the other humans. They halt, stupidfied by the claim. "Girl, we are in a war! There's no time to not fight!" Numbuh Five yells back, killing their spawn with one last blast. Rose sighs. "...You know what? Forget it. I'll just go kill Dexter myself, forget Fuse." She turns around looking at the shocked future-kids. "Joking...I'm joking. Mostly." She replies, mumbling the last part. Ben yells after her as she starts to leave. "Where do you think you're going! This area's pockmarked with Infected Zones!" "Whatever those are. Tell the Dork I'm filing charges for child endangerment!" She yells back, her green close blending in with the sickly green glow to the area.
