Personality & Bio: Lyra, although she may be small in appearance, is rather big in attitude. She’s not afraid to speak her mind. If she has a problem with someone or something she will let it be known. She tends to ignore peoples existence until they prove themselves worthy of her acknowledgment or she has something to personally gain from that person. Although she has a rough exterior, get past the walls she put up and her many defense mechanisms, you will discover that she is a very genuine person.
Lyra lived a fairly comfortable life. Her family was well off, she had a decent circle of friends, she was well on her way to graduating high school, and yet it all seemed too perfect...too fake. It was right around the time that life had become too boring to enjoy that she had been introduced to the idea of the Terminal by one of her friends. At first she was reluctant to accept the idea. They seemed to be nothing more than a mere protest group. However the more she thought about it, the more it became a very real possibility. Eventually she came to fully accept the idea and got involved with the group, dragging her two best friends Zachariah Cross and Nexxus Rush into it with her. It was during the time she was involved with that group that she discovered her ability.
A few years passed and graduation day came by. Cross and Lyra were moving on, but Nexxus still had another few years to go. Soon, contact with Nexxus was lost and Lyra and Cross began to move apart, pursuing their own careers. When the Government decided to move, they tracked down all the ex-members of the old "protest" group and brought them in. A task that would prove to be a bit more difficult with Lyra. She gave them a run for their money. Her dopplegangers had served their purpose well. It was hours before they effectively managed to capture the real Lyra. A few years passed and graduation day came by. Cross and Lyra were moving on, but Nexxus still had another few years to go. Soon, contact with Nexxus was lost and Lyra and Cross began to move apart, pursuing their own careers. When the Government decided to moved, they tracked down all the ex-members of the old protest group and brought them in. Just like every other hacker in the world, she was pushed with a hard question. To accept execution, or to join with the Government. At first she refused the offer. She would much rather die then face a lifetime of servitude. However, they did their research and played their cards right. After several moments of weighing her options and giving a few terms of her own, she reluctantly accepted their "offer". She worked with one of the government's syndicate groups in devision four helping to rid the Terminal of its problematic bunch. She was transfered to division three at the request of Cross, who had now been worked into the mix. Cross tracked down Nexxus before the government did and swayed him into joining the Syndicate, once again bringing the trio together.
Lyra get's her code name: DOPPLEGANGER, from her ability to replicate data. She often uses this on herself, others and her favored weapons.
