i drempt of you walking away
you wouldn't look back a me
kept on walking right over my heart
still you don't look back no matter how i yell

i cried for you
cried for my loss
then ran towards you
blinded by tears

i lost me way
it was so very dark
but still you didn't come
so i cried more

i hear footsteps and look up
no one is there but a shadow
the angel of death is my shadow now
and he leads me on

together we walk to find you
so i belive you are dead
but then i find you broken
just a shell of your former self

the angel of death departs
he sees a soul still
i do my best to revive you
but still you don't live

you whisper your heart was taken
you found that out to late
i asked where it was taken
you said i was a theif

i cried and took your hand
asking why didn't you look back
you cried to and answered
i wouldn't give you mine

i tell you that you can have it
you can use it as your own
you take up my offer
and then i see your life
