So I watched an episode of "The Hills" (as I'm sure many people did) to get the free items (which are definitely NOT my style, Marketplace here I come!) and I must say this is one of the WORST shows I've EVER seen. The acting is piss-poor, the editing is awful. Half the time these idiotic girls are stumbling over their lines of subpar dialogue, or looking at the camera. They may be trying to "act natural" but they just come off as bad actresses. The confrontation at both the party and in the apartment at the end of the show were awkward and shoddily put together. The camera angles and cuts to scenes were less than professional, and all the while these girls just looked uncomfortable being in front of the camera. The one girl, Audrina, was not even looking at her "coworker" as she was talking to her, she kept sneaking peeks toward the camera. Hell, Chiara or whatever her name is was the best actress they had, and Sean Kingston was more professional about being on the show than the "regular" actors. The only good part of this episode was the 5 second shot of Justin Timberlake, and only because of my girlhood crush on the guy. Instead of running for the hills I'm running about as far as I can get away from this show, and have decided that next time there's a free item from "The Hills" or pretty much any MTV "drama", maybe I'll just open the window and leave it minimized and on mute. Ugh. Why can't we get free items from House, M.D.? I'll watch episodes of that ALL DAY LONG. xd
