ok here is the firs post xp well, in my country spring is coming soon so if u wanna look hot this season take note of these tips!
1) Drink tons of WATER ok that is not a secret but some people replace it by drinking dietetic sodas, be carefull, those drinks cause cellulitis
2) Eat DIETETIC jelly! is delicious! and u can eat as much as u want at any time!
3) Get your a** out of home! it will be better to tell u to play sports but I know that many of u don't like it, well, at least go to the park with your friends, take a walk with your dog, go to the beauty parlor, read, draw or write in your garden, etc... what ever that keep u busy so u won`t think of food.
4) prize/ consequence for example, if u love to chat in msn or watch a TV show, decide: or the candy or your favorite leisure activity XD
5) Eat your last dinner before 8 PM to have supper early guarantees a better digestion and assimilation of foods
6)Relax if u get to concern of losing weight u may cause the contrary effect so go little by little losing those extra kilos!
