Ouchie. Kitty be injured. Dx
I went to my friend's house the other day. And you know what I have noticed? Every time I go over there, three things happen;

1.) Their living room furniture is moved.

2.) They give me some stuff they don't want in the house anymore

and 3.) I get injured.

Every time.

This time, we went roller blading. Great idea, right? Ha! Wrong.

My friend and I were speed skaking. Another great idea. Something caught on my skate, I tripped, and skidded across the pavement. The skin on my knee was literally ripped off. Not scraped, where there is still skin there. But ripped off. There is no skin there anymore. It hurts like hell. Dx
My arm got skinned a little, too, and so did the top back part of my thigh. My friend called it a butt injury. Gee. Thanks.

I also bruised like a friggin' tomato.

So we went back (We were in the park.) and asked for a first aid kit. This lady sprayed on some crappy, generic anteseptic and something else and it hurt so bad I wanted to rip her head off. And many other equally pleasant things. Damn, it hurt.
She gave me a non-stick pad and some tape, which lasted me until we got to Wallgreens. By then the bandage was soaked in blood and had fallen off. So we bought some gauze wrap bandages, some non-stick pads, neosporin, and peroxide.

We were also right next to a stop light, so many many cars got to watch as peroxide was poured on my knee and elbow while sitting on the parking lot curb. My butt injury was, luckily, not noticed. I think I would have died if peroxide was poured there. Dx

There was also bugs crawling around me, which was gross. My friend kept squeeling. That made it so much better. >>

My knee and shoulder were wrapped up. A few hours later, when the stuff on my knee was coming off, my friend's mom dragged me, kicking and screaming, to the bathroom. There, she made me sit on the side of the bath tub as she poured more peroxide on me. She did this once more before I finally went to bed.

Needless to say, we ran out of bandages. Luckily, they had some better ones at home.

And now my knee still hurts, but I no longer have any wrap bandages. I have to use regular, but much larger, bandaids. Joy.
At least my elbow doesn't need to be wrapped up anymore. It's healed enough.

I hope this will heal soon. It's so annoying.
