The shimmering paper lanterns
Flames dancing with the eeriness of the full moon
The tree blossoms disperse into the icy wind
as the sea of gold lit by the moon crashes onto the shoreline of the proud mountain
The mountain,
Reaches for the moon
and scraping the night sky
Like a child trying to grab a glowing star
As people cross the celestial bridge,
fireflies light the dark lake
as if it was a starry night,
with comets grazing across the universe
The children carefree
dance together
like a nest of sparrows
soaring across the evening sky
The chime of the silver bells hung across stone pillars
heard from every cranny of the mountain
vibrating,
against your skin and hair
They centennial festival,
seen from the foot of the mountain
Like a phantasmal mirage
Glows like an evening star
