• Cool breezes and wet dew drops
    covers the circular garden.
    yellow lilies call to me
    their fragile petals
    draw me in like the bees around me.
    its tall grasses like tiny hiding shelters

    i sit net to the bush of petals,
    observing its beauty,
    taking pictures,
    learning to identify,
    to be a researcher.

    its what i learned that day
    by the TLC building.
    all on that cool, dewy, july 14th day.
