I never saw another color. Not ever!
At least not after that day, all i saw was grey.
The walls, the clothes, the faces, all gray. Everything gray.
It seemed as if all the beautiful colors just melted away.
It's been over two months now and i haven't seen the light of day.
I'm beginning to worry the grey may take my soul.
So i hide it, Deep beneath the fray of despair that hangs heavy in the air.
It wasn't only the visible things that went grey.
It was the emotions, the feelings, the hope all faded away.
Then finally they came, the liberators!
They freed us from the gray chains that choked and broke our hope.
As i walked outside, i saw all of the brilliant colors that had gone away.
The green of the trees, the yellow of the sun, the blue of the sky.
That was my treasured day.
The day, i escaped from the grey.

- FYI You spelled the title and such with the English spelling of the word 'Grey' The American way of spelling it is 'Gray'. The way you spelled 'Color' was the American way, the English way is 'Colour'.
