Sparkle, glimmer, beautiful thing.
I will leave you alone.
I am a monster and all that I bring
is cold that chills to the bone.
Run away! You can't stay here!
This place is where I hide!
You have everything to fear
and I have nothing inside.
It's cold, so cold; the snow is falling
over you and me.
Had you left, we wouldn't be crawling
towards insanity.
You still have time to get away
while I am lost in you.
It's not fair! No love remains
and you're a monster too.

Description:
This is generally what happens when I start writing a poem, walk away, then come back.
I'm really overdoing it on the abab format. xD - Date: 02/10/2010

- This is an excellent poem! Rythm, rhyme, and lack of b'awwwww, unlike 94% of modern "poetry." I must say, the abab isn't bad, and I can't offer anything constructive or destructive criticism-wise. I will just applaude. *Clap clap clap*
