I dream of warm spring
And see you under a tree
In deep slumber
Niether joy or remorse touch you
You are in pure peace
I sit next to you
Laid your head upon my legs
You never stirred
Not with the cool wind that blew threw our hair
And not the gentle touch I give to your gentle face
You stay in your world of silent dreams
But stay with me here
To give me comfort in your presense
The wind blows a rose petal on your cheek
For that is what you are
Sweet and alive
To me you are a thousand roses
Fully bloomed to fill me with yourself
A tear drops from my face to hit yours
You at peace with me
Saddens me
For it can stay only this a dream

- Title: Pleasant Dream
- Artist: Kurokami Michiko
- Description: This poem is inspired by my young, sweet half-brother. I have three siblings, but this one I would give up air to make him happy. We don't live together so you can say this is the dream of him being with me everyday and can stay just the two of us. Sadly it may never be.
