I hear those sleigh bells ringing.
But I can feel the shivers in my chest.
Stinging at my frozen heart.
The birds are flying away, and man is it cold.
You kicked me out, no time to get clothes just my basics and a scarf.
No Coat and no boots. Trudging through the snow in my skater shoes.
Hair cut short, no protection on my ears. They're freezing off, Soon to be my nose.
I sit in the snow, tears in my eyes.
Rejected before Christmas. What a Delightful surprise.
No home to warm up at. Just stuck in this storm.
Need to get a job, but how. I have no clothes on.
I think I am catching a cold, I just don't know anymore.
Why did this happen to me. I was happier before.
A frozen girl forgotten.
No home to go too.
Parents on vacation.
No money for a bus ticket.
Lost her house in a divorce.
Left her car in the driveway.
Her heart with the home.
No need for it now.
Not in this weather.
Too painful to type.
Goodbye to this cruel world. Good bye.
A frozen body lay to the side.
Covered in snow, and drift asides.
No grave or family, to care for this.
On vacation, gave her away.
Naked in the snow, she had played.
The last moments of her life, filled with glee.
Now a lifeless body, stuck out on the street.
Maybe something better, in the days to come.
But for now, spread your wings, and forget about the cold ground.

Description:
I just made a avi and it put a few ideas into my head for this poem.
I obviously know no one will look at this but I have it in my mind and want it out so I can always look back at it. - Date: 12/09/2009
