Slowly it crept inside
Itching with a desire
To take over
Me
I felt it
Everywhere
It surrounded
Me
Crawling, Grasping,
For anything in reach,
Until, Finally…
It found…
Me
I shied away
Only to feel,
The soft grip
Re-take a firm grasp
On its victim
Me
I’m the victim of the pain,
Sharp as steel
It touched my body…
I was being enveloped
Again, I felt the soft grip,
It caressed me
Holding me tight
Within its grasp,
Never ceasing to let go
Slowly, mercilessly,
It started to work
Binding my body
With every bit of life
That it had
Like a spider,
Wrapping its prey(dinner)
Slowly,
Over,
And over,
And over (again),
Rhythmically (in a trance)
Binding Me
My body felt heavy,
My eyelids slowly closing,
It held me tighter,
Encouraging Me
(What was it doing?)
Should I fight it?
Was it good?
Or Bad?
(and)Why…
Me?
I retreated,
Deep within myself,
Hugging my mind and body tightly,
A chill ran up and down my spine,
I shivered,
It was winning
