Don't have the figure of an
hourglass
more time lost in fingers
down my friends' throats
than in workouts
to show that all I can be valued for
is to be an object like an
hourglass
thin, down to the bone
but don't be shaped like a bone
because then they won't value you
as a valuable object
beer cheers, women
equal to liquor
bought like expensive
drinks, and some girls think
that all they can do is
do guys in back alleys
women don't drive cars?
no, we sell cars
in little red bikinis
showing off red speeds
of hot engines
and hot men
I want to be valued for more than
my figure
and the figures to show
that women are not objects
that we are beautiful,
even when we aren't shaped
like
hourglasses
