• Description: this is a elegy that i wrote for seedlings (again)... n its about when I lost my best friend when I was 6 she lived down the street from my house n the day that me n my mom moved she...she died... n no one know wat happened to her thats wats sad about..

The blackness of the night hides my tears and pain,
While my heart is like an open flame ,
It burns and destroys all in its way.
Now, I know I cannot stay

I held you when you cried,
And I held you while you died,
Those last memories haunt me still today,
And that is why I cannot stay.

I now walk down an empty hallway,
Wishing for these memories to just go away,
But they shall stay forever and forever more,
Until the day I’m nevermore.

These memories haunt me still today
And now I know I can not stay
For I lost a friend.
