• The Australian Ocean

    The Australian ocean.
    The Australian ocean.
Every morning I walk down the path a little too fast yet calmly.
As I slip in the water and crawl in the waves with no fear of sharks I wade in the dark.

    The Australian ocean.
    The Australian ocean.
I would walk in the rain I would die in vain to be in the Australian ocean.
A look in the water could cause some laughter but I don’t forget the beauty.
I sit in the corner and watch the coral and wait until its time to go and the fish don’t seem to bother.

Then mom calls its time to go.
As I slip out of the water and wave to the fish saying goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.
As I walk down the path a little too slowly a tear falls down my cheek a little too fast and as we know they don’t come alone and many are following.
