• I often ponder, in my solitude,
On why I keep away from those around,
Or why it is I have this attitude,
And if I might some day stand on the ground.
They mill about without apparent goals,
Though some will often think about their wealth,
While others spend their time watching their souls,
And many worry for their fading health.
This brings an answer, to my great delight,
To this I ask myself if, at the last,
Would I delight in spending day and night
By questioning my present, future, past?

And I will sit here in my own domain,
Until the feeling passes once again.
