So put up your walls and hide in that box you call life.
So block me and reality it's okay.
You can't hide forever, noone can.
Will you be Alice in Neverland?
Pretend, what was, never was.
Keep those eyes shut.
I tried, we tried, to help you see.
But I won't force them open.
It's something you must do for yourself.
So welcome to your box, welcome to Neverland.
And when the nevers, start to pile up,
and when you must open your eyes,
and when your hand emerges to grasp for help
and noone is there but your nevers...
you must sort them out or suffocate yourself.
But even then, I'm sure the last whisper from your lips will be never.
Because you can't accept,
you can't forgive,
you can't forget,
no matter what it is you say.
Your lies will be the bed you lie on,
and redemption, will be too far away.
