- If you travel far enough you’ll find a broken down circus tent with monsters abound. Instead of acrobats we have zombies who tend to be a bit too friendly. As they swing in the air saggy green skin peels off themselves and lands in the mesmerized crowd of humans who can never leave. The lions have no teeth but in place a mouthful of bats that fly out with every roar. We have an elephant, for your pleasures, that is small as a cat and our cat is larger than the tent. The make-up on our already cracked faces may seem a bit old but don’t be scared, it’s been on for years. And our nails may seem a bit jagged but then again, who knows what we’ve scratched out with them. Clowns with fangs and little girls whose lollipops look like candy shaped knives circle around the area to help humans find their way back to their new home. The lights shine on our three rings and the ring master in the middle with her whip so strict you may never disobey. She searches the crowd for someone who should be looking for her but then of course they’ll have to come looking sooner or later. A bow for the crowd makes a standing ovation but that doesn’t mean the show is over.
