A simple deed of gracious kindness
Is truly a wonderful gift
Whether great or small, it matters not
For the thought itself can uplift
So drop a kind word to everyone you meet
Friend or foe, doesn't matter anyway
Just look carefully, and you will see
You might have brightened up someone's day
If deeds like this were done to each
The hatred we bear will melt and sink
Everyone would be happy and free to love
The world would be a better place, don't you think?

- Title: "Deeds of Kindess"
- Artist: Maki Casanova
- Description: I bet most people may think this poem is idealistic. Everyone knows that we can't just do kindness to everybody, yet, everyone wishes for that to happen. Everyone wants a happy world, even if they do not realize it. Thus, we tend to become pessimistic instead of hoping for a brighter future....

- I agree. Positive actions bear positive consequences. Which reminds me: I hate it when strangers don't smile or say hello back when I greet them.
