    The words flutter so easily
    by the tongue, they slide.
    I love you, used so carelessly
    The words to wish to die.

    Such a harmful phrase,
    yet also a great praise.

    It passes by so quickly for some it seems
    but as for others, the devoted, it remains.

    Confusion is apparent, life is daring.
    The one I want, it's unbearing.
    Fear is apparent, life is daring.
    Scared to try, please don't lie.
    Love is apparent, life is daring.
    I care for you, you care for who?

    Oh, how I wish it were me.
    The one who could be:
    The man of your dreams,
    The mate to your soul,
    The love of your life...

    Please let me be.
