Two twin children, upon a time
hand in hand,
singing songs in rhyme
One of which was wise
and the other, a foole
Loved each other,
and fought did neither
Upon that time,
the wise faced the mirror,
hand in hand with the foole
Shocked, in despair,
disgusted to be like the foole
No longer hand in hand
The wise, faded away
Left the foole behind
The wise wandered,
and without the foole, withered

Description:
A poem I wrote for a contest I entered this morning. :B
I just did it, like all my other poems. When I heard that Poeticpower.com was holding a contest until December 18 I just had to enter, 'kay? > <;
The subject of this changed about two times until it ended up telling a horribly short story of two children. (Twins)
This poem, and the rest of my gallery, can be viewed here:
