• Description: Yet another of my poems, though I like to believe that this one is on a happier topic. It was written after meeting the love of my life in one of the darkest hours of the same. Hope you like it, and I apologize if it makes no sense to you.

A world of light,
A world of Dark
The path of light,
the path of Dark.

I've travelled both,
and lived to tell the tale,
one is best, but requires an oath,
one is worst, and requires a sale.

And that oath is one of love,
And that sale is of your soul,
And the path falls from above,
And the path will take its toll.

Love ahead,
heartbreak behind,
This darkness I shed,
The world of Light now mine.

I do so beg to differ with you on the grounds that this had nothing to do with society nor with what I thought would make it cool, so please rethink your illogical criticism. Additionally, you might try to interpret deeper meanings before bantering slander around. And yes, I know that, unfortunately, that requires a bit of intelligent thought, but do try it. You might find that you like it.

I must say, that really sucked. extremely simple. You've let society tarnish your writing, you'll never be able to write if your busy thinking about what people will think of it and adding what you think makes it cool.
