• That feeling of immeasurable anger is back
    Eyes glare at her with emptiness within
    Her heart breaks ever so slowly
    As pain overwhelms her, tears fall down her chin

    This happens every now and then
    Cool indifference reflects from him
    Unable to recognize her anguish, he walks away
    She's left struggling, practically holding onto his every whim

    Disgust rises throughout her body
    "I can get along fine without him!"
    Still, her heart breaks as the person she trusts most
    Leaves her with tears threatening to fill the brim

    She, too walks away and decides not to look back
    Anguish all but clouds her heart
    Despite the attempts she makes at not feeling
    The time has come that she make a fresh start
