• I was walking down the small narrow street when it happened. I heard a sound. Like a small cry in the distance.I ran around the corner to see a small girl. She was crying. At first it looked like she had just fallen, but at second glance you could see she had something on top of her body. I felt myself change. Fur sprouted from every poor in my body. My teeth grew into canine and a small snarle came from deep in my throat. The next moment was the most gruesome of a small child's life. I leaped. I found myself ripping apart the flesh of a negrish (vampire/humanlike huge insect). Once i was sure it was not breathing,and that it was dead i got up and shifted back into a human. I realized the small girl was screaming and went to see if she was injured. Ones i got there a gruesome sight befell me. The girl had a long gash on her side that bled non-stop. i took off my jacket not even noting that it was raining, and wrapped it around the small child. "It's okay" i said "your safe now nothings going to happen I'll get you to a hospital." I picked her up gingerly, and set off for the hospital. Today was going to be a long day.
