• I saw Pennys mouth curl deep into Michaels. I felt my legs wobble, my teeth start to clench, my stomach turn and my fists tighten.
    My rage was out of control, I couldn't control myself. I screamed at the top of my lungs sending shocks through my whole body.
    My stomach started to hurt and I felt my eyes burn. No, Oh no. I thought I can't cry in front of them.
    My legs started to move, move fast. I felt my tears fall so quickly that my vision was failing. I could only see blur. And that's when my ankle twisted.
    I fell headfirst down the apartments stairs(At least 25 stairs). My felt my knee bang against one stair, sending pain through my legs and hips. I tried to move but that made my back curve, hitting the middle. I tried to scream, but my voice was covered when my head hit the cold, hard floor.
    I felt my lungs start to breath fast to match my heart beat. Pictures of Michaels went through my mind. Us before the play, our walks, his pool, hiding from his parents. Then a picture of our last kiss. My tears came again, but before the first one fell, my world and thoughts went black. I was...dead.

    "Jamie?" I heard a soft voice call, I opened my eyes. But they wouldn't, I started to freak out. "Calm down Jamie! Your eyes won't be able to open for a while. Do you want me to tell you about your injuires?"
    My head moved up and down. She smelt close, like hospital soap. Everything around me did. I also heard deep breathing far away. "Y--" My voice didn't come out, was it gone?
    "Your injuries are not perment. But very serious, so pay attention and just listen. When you fell down the stairs, you broke your left leg and hip. The leg can be healed, but you need surgery for the hip. You will have a limp, but after therapy it will be less noticable. You also hit one of your ribs, with broke and damaged one lung. You need it replaced. Then, you hit your head and...you have lost half of your memory skills." She said nice and soft. Her tone made me calm, until I realized what she said. "You can't open your eyes until the surgery is done. And your voice...is gone. We came with the conclusion that it was such a shock to your body and muscles that you problay lost your voice. We're not 100% sure yet. I have visitors for you. 3 actually. Penny, Michael and Julian. Would you like them?"
    I wanted to speak out to her, to tell her I wanted to be by myself, but she called in someone. I could barley hear her because I heard the running of footsteps and heavy breathing by my side in 3 seconds.
    "Oh my god. Jamie. It's me, Julian. Are you okay? It's okay I'm here now. If it weren't for me worrying about you, I would have problay murdered that Micheal." He said so fast that he forgot to breath and started coughing.
    I wanted to open my eyes, and see his face. To move my arms to touch his chest. To say his name and feel my heart beat. Right now all I felt was a huge pain in my chest and I wanted to cry. But, because my voice was gone, I ended up making whimpering sounds like a cat or dog in heat. I wanted Julians body near mine so I could be protected by all the pain awaiting me.
    I heard Julian laugh and put his hands under my back and his body on top of mine. My heart was clenched, and I didn't want him to go away. I wanted him there right next to me. I felt my stomach rise and fall as I tried my hardest to put my arms back around him. The tears started to fall.
    "Jamie, it's okay." He whispered in my ear "I won't leave you until you push me away."
    I wanted this moment to last forever, with Julian right there. Holding my weak body.
    But, it couldn't last long. Because then I heard a cough from the other side of the room and then Julian whispered in my ear "It's Michael."
    My body shook, I didn't want him here. I never wanted to hear his voice again if I could yell things back at him.
    I shook my head as violently as I could from side to side. Then Julian whispered "I'm not going to leave. I'll be right next to you."
    I felt my saddness be lift from that white happiness carrying over my body. He knew I wanted him there. He lifted his body and wrapped his hands around mine. Then I waited for Micheal to speak.
    "Jamie...I love Penny." He said. My hand clenched Julians hand. "From the beggining. I was just using you to get near her."
