• I gazed out the window cradeling Liam in my arms. Anna had her head leaned against me asleep while Adam was in his bed. We luckily had our own room because there was 4 of us. I gently Laid down Anna's head on the couch as I carried Liam to his cirb. I kissed his heaad and set him down. I gracefully walked Anna to her bed and slipped into mine. I soon fell into a deep sleep.

    "Tom, You need to get a job if you want this family to stay together." Mama said in a soothing voice. " How about the Mill?" Asked father as he read the morning paper. Mama nodded as she washed the dishes. I was 13 and Liam was just born. Adam sat on the floor with Anna. "Papa, are we ever going to get sperated?" I asked in a serious voice. Papa Chuckled. " Grettel sweetie." He said patting his lap. I walked over and sat in it. " Were never going to get sepeartated. Well be together forever. But if anything ever did happen I want you all to stay together and your in charge." He chickled again and mumbled, "Like well ever get sepearated." Mama, was busy in the kitchen making eggs and bacon. Next thing you know we all heard screams from the kitchen. Anna and Adam looked up while Liam was still asleep. Papa and I looked at one another then darted for the kitchen only to find the oil spilt every where and a huge fire. Mama was screaming. I ran at full speed out of the kitchen and picked Liam up from his Crib. I held him in one hand While holding Adam in the other. Anna climbed onto my back and we ran out the door. They werent that heavy so this didnt bother me. I ran as all the way to the big tree and started screaming. "Papa! Mama!" Anna, Liam and Adam Were crying. I laid them down on the soft grass and ran for the house with Anna at my heels. "Anna, STOP! Go back." She screamed but obeyed. I ran to the front dorr and slammed it open. The hole house was in flames now. "Papa! Mama!" I screamed again searching frantiacally. Then came Papa running from the kitchen. He was in flames. I never should have seen this... "St-ay, to-g-ether..." he whispered with all his strength. He then fell to the ground...
