• It was a normal day for John Smith. He woke up at exactly 6AM, took a shower, ate a bagel, drank a cup of black coffee and was out of the house by 7AM. When he got to his office, he put his briefcase down beside his desk and turned on his computer. As he was working on an important project for the company, his new secretary, a beautiful blond with eyes that glistened like diamonds, walked in to hand him his mail. He asked her for her name since he would need it when he needed anything. She answered Samantha, Samantha Winston; then she smiled and walked out. For the rest of the day, all John could think about were Samantha’s eyes and how beautiful they were.


    The next day as Samantha was leaving his office, he said, “Samantha!
    You seem to have dropped something.”

    She turned around and asked, “What?”

    He replied with, “Your phone number, can I pick it up for
    you?

    She laughed and wrote down her phone number on a piece of
    paper then under it she wrote

    8PM Friday. Pick me up.

    She then walked out.
    John felt happy and went back to his work.

    On Friday, John was ready to pick up Samantha and go out to
    where ever she wanted to go.

    He got into his red 1969 Mustang and drove up to the front
    of the building where she was waiting. She got in and told him that they should
    go to Le Leonel, a new French cuisine
    restaurant that had its grand opening the weekend before. She then said that
    she had already made reservations, since that was the only way one could get
    into Le Leonel, and that after they
    would go back to her place.

    John accepted and drove towards Le Leonel, but the two of them never made it there. About a block
    away from the building that John picked up Samantha, she told him to park then
    she started kissing him and making out with him until the sun came up the next
    day. When the sun came up, John drove Samantha to her place, and they went up
    to her room. A couple of hours later, John got a phone call from his mom asking
    if he was still coming to eat dinner with the family. He told her that he will
    be coming and will be bringing a friend.

    Both Samantha and John went to Samantha’s bathroom and took
    a shower. Then they went down to John’s Mustang and John drove to his mother’s
    place. He greeted everyone and introduced Sam to everyone. Then they sat down,
    watched TV and talked about what was happening in their lives at the time.
    After an hour of talking, his mother yelled from the kitchen that dinner was
    ready, so they all went to the dining room to eat and finish their
    conversations.

    At about 11PM, John and Sam left his mother’s place and he
    drove back to Sam’s place. She got out
    of the car and told him that she had a great time and went to her door as he
    drove off to his house.

    On Sunday, John tried to call Sam many times but she never
    answered. He went to her house to see if everything was ok but she was not
    there. He decided to go home and try calling her later in the day. When he got home, John kept calling Sam’s
    phone until the clock blinked 2:00 AM. He decided to go to sleep and talk to
    her on Monday in the office.

    When Monday came, he went to the office and waited for Sam. At
    about 10AM, she walked into his office and told him that their relationship
    would never work, because she got back together with her boyfriend. She kissed
    him one last time, gave him his mail, and walked out.

    John became very depressed, because he thought that Sam
    liked him and he liked her as well. He went down to his car, opened up the
    trunk, and pulled out his rope. He then went to the roof, tied the rope to one
    of the air conditioning poles and tied the other end into a noose. He placed it
    around his neck and jumped off of the building.
    After five minutes, John lost consciousness and was just dangling there.
    A few minutes later, the pipe became too week and broke off dropping john down forty-five
    stories to his death.
