Our journey to Palaminia had just begun. We just finished loading up our belongings on our Kingdom's most well-known ships, The Elite Hostile, or the Noble Warrior. Our soldiers are making way towards the Isles of Hope. They come near the enemy, Gorlough's men. They fear nothing but are surprisingly weak when it comes to strategy in a battle. "You can tell that they're ready." says Gorlough.
"On my count, men!" says a nearby militant who seems to be of a high ranking. "One! Two! Three!!! Attack!!!!!!"
I hear people dying, I hear the innocent struggling, but all that goes into the mind of a madman like Gorlough, is the thought of victory. I hear arrows piercing through the armor of our ships, I can see a man coming right for me, what should I do? I know that if I keep thinking, he's gonna kill me, and it'll be too late for anything else so I wield my sword and lunge right at his chest. He takes a critical hit and is definitely dead. I think to myself, "What have I done? I just may have killed a father of an innocent family. They'll wait and wait for him to return home, but never he shall...
The battle at the Isles of Hope are over, we are barely victorious. I survive with a painful wound in my arm. We set sail to where we think Gorlough is hiding. Suddenly, we are ambushed by tons and tons of Gorlough's Military. We abort the Elite Hostile and sail to a nearby land in Palaminia. No one knows it's Palaminia except Gorlough's men, so obviously they have a dead-on advantage in the broad. We capture many of his soldiers and force them to tell us where Gorlough is. They said he ran to his fortress in Palaminia. We, being the other army (Shining Blades), are confused to find that Gorlough's army, the Army of Gore, (Gorlough) had already built a bunker in Palaminia. So we rush to their fortress and destroy it with the cannons we wrapped in oil, and wax, and let it burn Gorlough to a cripple. We led Palaminia for 38 years, then we lost it all in a battle with loads of pirates. But hey, these things happen.
