I used a plastic jello mold shaped like a brain. You can find them rather easily by googling for "brain jello mold". There are different sizes and shapes available. The other shape I have seen is one hemisphere, showing the different parts of the brain.... Pretty sweet. There are also jello molds for faces, hands, eyes, etc.
