Oh yeah.
Now I know why I dont like the background.
It doesn't help with the face paint.

You should have done more of a crouching pose and hold out the sword while you took it out.
Your arm on your hip is shiny, makes you want to concentrate on it rather than the whole photo.
There's something about the background that I dont quite like.
the editing on the blood splatter on your face looks too unnatural.
