- Description: This is a Deven Seltas which translates to 'Commoner' Seltas. They are an aquatic species that live in pods of up to fifty. This purple and red coloration is that of commoner Seltas- However, once they reach maturity after 40 years their hormones cause a radical change in their coat which turns a pure white, whilst their horns undergo growth and mutation. This is called a High Seltas. As it is difficult to survive so long in the twisting oceans they are incredibly rare and a sight to behold.
