Overall, this would have been a wonderful picture if you had integrated the text into the image differently. In the end, the text is the biggest drawback to your picture, as it confuses the eyes and draws them from what should be the main attraction: the girl.
Due to the confusion of the text wall, what would have been 5 stars becomes a 3 from me.
Keep practising! You're a great artist!

- Anatomy is great, and the pose is interesting! I like that the character appears to be interacting with the environment. The facial expression is nice as well smile
- The colouring is fantastic, as is the tone and shading!
- The hair is interesting. It's a bit over complicated for my taste, but still well done.

I'm going to get this out of the way first: your artwork is great, but I hard a VERY hard time appreciating it in the confusion that is that wall of text. So I will try to focus my little review on the artwork.
