Photoshop? I swear it looks like markers not that that's a bad thing its awesome! Love how you colored this. It feels anime but has your own unique design.
Strange Fat belly? It doesn't look strange to me. it looks natural except a ninja girl who probably works out a lot should logically be a little more toned
The only thing that bothers me about the proportions is her hip/butt looks like it stretches all the way to her knee. it seems like it was drawn too long
