Description:
She sits patiently in the trees awaiting anyone brave enough to climb its enormous branches, and claim the gift of flight.
I know its rough around the edges, but I'm happy with it. Yesh, I still have a LOT to learn. - Date: 11/07/2010

I love it! You did a wonderful piece. 5/5 !! I will be adding this to my faves.
I love art & I really enjoy looking at young or old art. I use to draw all the time, until I had kids and it seems I didn't have time to do it. You have inspired me to start again. This is a very beautiful!! - Report As Spam

- It's good - especially the lighting on the legs and the detail/shape of the wings. The proportions in the face are a little off, and the face itself is a little low and small compared to the size of the rest of the head (an effect mainly created by the size of the back of the hair). The same lighting that effected the legs should have increased the shadows on the lower half of the nest; stronger shadows and highlights could make the piece that much stronger.
