- Hero~ I love your drawing, However dont rub your finger where you put the shading. My art teacher says it looks messy so I learned to not use it. However if you really need to make light shadows try and press your pen lighter. Dont press on it to hard, smooth and light. I like the drawing, did you look at a scene/picture and draw it from it? If so I think its good practice but dont stick to that to much. If you want to improve try making your own poses smile

- I agree with avatar taz. It's good for your second try, but still needs work. Try rubbing your finger on the shaded part. It'll make it blend better. Also with the shading under the headband, It's going to be higher up than that, and will be going under the headband (Like on the sides of his head in his hair. Shadowing for the headband needs to be there). And try to angle his face a little more than a straight line. It'll look more realistic to him.
