like one of the comments already posted the nose is a little small compared to the photo, but this is just proportion, its not the nose its the overall length of the face, using the length of your pencil you can measure the photo against the basic linework of your drawing before you go down to town on the shading wink

this is almost perfect
but the nose is not as straight as lady gaga's
the drawn nose looks smaller/more curved

The only fault I can find with it is that the shading on the nose is a bit off- it looks like it's slightly pink, or something.
