Overall, it's extremely good.

- Colors are great, but if you're trying for semi-realism, I suggest maybe drawing the eyes just a little smaller. Also, maybe the hair can be less 'grouped'. Right now it's good, but I think it might look better and more realistic if there was more of a transition between the main chunks of her bangs.
