Felt like drawing Rika from HIgurashi no Naku Koro ni. I was reading the second volume of the Curse Killing Arc manga at the time and Rika was on the cover. (seen in reference picture)
I did my best to make her hair color, but I guess it didn't work out too well. ^^; The foreshortened hand also bugs me a bit, especially the index finger, but oh well. >w< I might add more shadows later.
The unfinished lineart in the background was going to be Fredrica Bernkastel, but I may not finish her. :/ - Date: 03/05/2010

- I have a challange for you, Sketch a realistic person with all the details. Not in a anime style becuse there is so much chort cuts you can do it just makes it look like all the rest... - I love Higurashi no Naku Koro ni! ( I watch it because I can't finds the manga DX ) good job on the hand I couldn't draw that (also beside the rainbow my avi is a cosplay of rena XD)
