Description:
This is unfinished avi art that I was requested to do. It's not even inked yet, so I used the "Threshold" setting on Paintshop pro to give it a darker and thicker outline.
Since buying my friend a gogh reed for her birthday I'm running VERY low on gold. So I'm open for requests for noncolored chibi's like this one ((My colored pencils are next to none at this moment)) The finished art will be inked so it won't be messy or sketchy like this one. I actually really enjoy line art, you know when its all in the make of the final project. This is super cute though, I agree whisp would look horriable with an outline. XD - Report As Spam

And the Will-O-Wisps are not there because I'm adding them when I color it. :3 They'd look much better without an outline.
