- Description: He watched in horror as military practices were being performed in the coasts of his island of Puerto Rico.The beautifull beaches were turned into wastelands and the coralreefs sorounding them were almost obliterated.With tears in his eyes his sadness turned to anger and he prayed for it all to stop.Feeling his pain the Sea God appeared before him and granted him the Coral Staff wich possesed the power of the oceans and three magical fish to aid him in stopping the destruction before them.
