- I understand that you can do this with Paint.net, but I really did do it on Adobe Photoshop 7, you can choose to believe me or not for yourself. But thank you anyways ^-^

- it looks good, but it looks like what i can do on Paint.net... all you have to do is "oil painting" and then cahnge the colors around... sorry... it really does look cool, though.
